Believe it or not I've never watched the Titanic, I was going to watch it but haven't yet
Is it worth watching?

I always found the sinking of the Titanic an interesting thing too, I mean just the fact that they thought it was unsinkable and it sunk on its first trip.
They never accounted for a side collision, The ship had 16 watertight compartments and could float with up to 4 full. They only accounted for a head-on collision when building the ship which would damage only one or two compartments, they never accounted for a side collision which ripped open 6 compartments.

its a very long film and its mostly a love story dont expect to learn much about the titanic

True, it doesn't follow the sinking totally accurate and it is more of a love story, but it's still a good movie.

True, it doesn't follow the sinking totally accurate and it is more of a love story, but it's still a good movie. that's very true,I enjoyed it,but I liked the notebook better they end up living in the notebook,getting married,staying together,and growing old together,now that's true love. |
