Go for it, the start is a little hard but when you get in the flow, it's easy I recommend learning HTML first, that is the easiest language out there, literally <p> means paragraph <header> means header etc..

i keep forgetting i have siri on my phone and 9 times out of 10 it is quicker to look up the information myself as it doesnt understand ! very frustrating

As long as you dont have a scouse accent and speak slowly and clearly without usin slang you should be fine

Well Google's already close to making autonomous cars, just without Siri. But still an awesome technological feat. Plus, AIs are already in most newer-ish cars.

Side note though; Robots have been "sellable" for a while now. They dominate most industrial industries these days.

I'm against the whole self-driving car thing, I think they would be extremely dangerous as they can't make the decisions that a human can.

In what circumstances? The cars programming would let it operate exclusively within the confines of the law, and it would have better reaction times.
