I like my sausages and bacon slightly burnt too but my meat have to be medium rare ^^

Went shopping with Liz yesterday and she bought some lovely Scottish pork loin steaks. That will be on the menu at the weekend (more than likely the Sunday dinner) and Liz will make it with roast tatties and veg, looking forward to than as Liz is a brilliant cook and the pork loin steaks will be well done.

Lovely mmmm sounds delicious @caajscot, I cooked pork marinated in cider yesterday, it was beautiful, even if I say so myself lol I like my meat well done, Matt, now not cremated lol but nothing worse than seeing blood oozing from steak, burgers etc. ewwwww |
