Both are nice, I like the night because it's quiet and I can transform into a vampire, oh my!! but the day is also a good time to do other activities that can't be done at night

I like night, because it's quiet ... and I like to sit down outside on the chair and watch night sky.

Just spotted this thread, when I was working I loved a night shift and really, in summertime it is very hard for me to sleep if it's light outside, I tend to stay awake then fall asleep when the bedroom goes dark.
