I do hope everything works out as of course this should not be happening At the moment, I'm not sure everything is working out as I have also been running scans using Malwavebytes Anti-Malware, Avast Free Antivirus, Spybot - Search & Destroy 2.4, and SUPERAntiSpyware with the results of no infection found afterward, even though you said before that it sounds like it's a virus of some sort.

I don't know what's causing it but I would assume it would be a virus of some sort. Or possibly an ad redirect.

I get the feeling it is possibly an ad redirection as my computer just went through a malware check and clean-up, and it has happened again shortly after I have started up my browser (which had been reset to default settings) and went back on Proboards.

I'm using Edge on Windows 10, and I've never gotten any of these messages. By the looks and sound of it, they're clearly malicious in intent, so never agree, accept or really do anything for those of you that get them. Just report them to Mozilla or Google and move on, hopefully they'll get it cleared up soon.
I'd suggest switching browsers to avoid it, at least until a fix is found, just to minimize the risk of anything bad happening.

Is this issue happening here on our forum too? Yeah, it happened once or twice here while I was viewing topics and looking to respond to something.

That's unfortunate, I wish there was something I could do about it but unfortunately there isn't much I can do. I would assume that if it is an ad redirect then PB would have to deal with it.
