Not so much smile but been sore for the last week so went to doctor (due to finding all these spots on my left leg) and at least got the diagnosis of what's been wrong with me. I have shingles.

I'm glad you know now, Paul and something can be done about it to hopefully help alleviate some of the symptoms.

Talking to Mel on the phone. Who's Mel? Mel is the lady I visit each week for Age Uk  She had a little issue with her daughter when I went to see her, so I called her the next day to see if she was ok. She was ok and had sorted things out with her daughter and we talked on the phone for like 45 minutes |
