Do you think that child and family services should have a right to remove children from their parents?
I think unless the child is being outright abused and an extensive investigation is done they should not be allow to do this, I also think the child should have to agree to being removed from the parents home unless they are of an extremely young age where they can't possibly answer. CFS shouldn't be like some all powerful organization that has the power to swipe a child away from their parents at will.
