Pokemon

So who else is a fan of Pokemon here? Pokemon or Pocket Monsters in Japan, is 20 years old as of the 27th of February. Pocket Monsters Green and Red were released in Japan in 1996, we didn't get the games until after the anime had aired and it was sometime in late 1998. (But the games are what started the franchise.) Pokemon is my overall third favorite gaming franchise of all time, my girlfriend and I have a binder full of cards. We need to get a new one for our Japanese cards, since we have quite a bit of those as well. Recently I've been playing Blue on my 2DS via the Virtual Console, since the old games are going to be able to connect with Sun and Moon, the games set to be released at the end of this year!

Actually I've never really played a lot of Pokemon Games myself, I think I've only played them a few times.

If you enjoy RPGs Matt, I highly recommend playing at least one of the main series games. You don't have to start with the originals, perhaps if you ever want to start playing any of the games maybe check out X or Y version if you have a 3DS/2DS.

I know I want this Pokken Tournament WiiU game and I need that system to try this game even though I practice with the demo part in Best Buy yesterday. I did pretty good in that demo. I hope to get this WiiU system and the Pokken Tournament game for my birthday this year. I also want to battle against youtubers that I watch on youtube.

Funny thing is, I'm going to pick up a copy of Pokken Tournament today. I bought a Wii U with my tax refund last month, so I can't wait to play Pokken Tournament.

So it turns out that Walmart doesn't even have Pokken Tournament yet, so I ended up getting another game from Walmart instead. >_> Oh well I'll just have to buy it whenever they do release it at Walmart. @ilovewhoseline, what's your favorite game in the series?

I haven't played that one but I've heard of it. Anyways I found my copies of Diamond, Platinum, Soul Silver and Black 2 last night. I started a new save in my Diamond version and I'm trying my best to play through the entire game, but it's just so slow which is why it's my least favorite generation. (Gen 4 that is.) But I really want to complete this game, as I've never done so before. I got all 8 badges in my original save, and got bored with it so I stopped playing. My Pokemon were at very low levels as well, I just got bored with it. :V

I love the Pokemon games. The most recent one I got into was Alpha Sapphire on my 2DS. I never had any of the originals, but I have emulated them on my computer. I also still have a box full of Pokemon cards.
