I don't think they want to cure it. If they do, the funding will dry up and I am not sure if they will make as much on the treatment. I think they only see that "all mighty money", and could care less about people's lives. But if "they" didn't want to cure it, why bother inventing any means to fight it in the first place? I heard from a former cancer patient, that chemotherapy began when scientists discovered that mustard gas was very effective at killing rapidly growing cells, and so began treating cancer patiens with it. In 1942, before cancer research organizations and funds were a thing.

It's quite interesting to see different people's opinions on this issue. I honestly don't know if a cure will ever be found.

Unless mankind goes extinct in this century, I'm fairly confident a cure, of some kind, will be found.

I don't think mankind is going to be going away anytime soon Some scientists actually think we're overdo 1 extinction event. Aaanytime now... But nobody really knows how long it will be until the cure is found. it could be next year or it could be in 50 years My money's on this century. I'll even double down and go next 50. We could possibly have humans on Mars by 2030, cure for cancer can't be that far off.

He has since stepped down as CEO of the company, and is under criminal investigation, so there's that. The company still hasn't made plans to reduce the price though. Free might be a bit of a stretch, there are still people who work to produce, research and distribute the drug and they need paychecks too. But there's no reason to charge 750 dollars per tablet, when the rest of the pays less than a dollar for them. True. I heard he was indicted with 8 counts of Fraud actually. This is sounding like they are asking for a petition or something to have that price reduced or whatever is 750 dollars per tablet.

Imagine all the money drug companies would lose in their medicines/drugs keeping cancer under a so called 'control phase' were of no use any more. Finding an absolute cure would not be liked one little bit by those big Pharma companies. I wouldn't be surprised if a cure wasn't already found several times over and the scientists' cure bought with big bucks to promise silence.

I think you hit the nail right on the head Emerald. It depends who you believe, but some doctors are saying cancer can be cured purely through diet (as can diabetes), and they are being silenced, or threatened with losing their license or threatened with court etc, or have had the funding for their research pulled, etc. I know of one Christian doctor who cured herself of I think it was stage 4 cancer, she now runs a health retreat and helps other people get better. But like you say, Cancer is too much of a money maker.

It's so sad and yes I do believe a cure may have been found already. It's sad the money rules the world the way it does.
