I'm still a bit confused as to why Cameron stepped down? I don't really follow EU politics but I think he was a good prime minister.

I'm still a bit confused as to why Cameron stepped down? I don't really follow EU politics but I think he was a good prime minister. According to him, he simply believed that a Pro Brexit politician would be better suited to helm the Article 50 negotiations, seeing as how Cameron is Pro EU. If there's any truth to the comment I posted earlier, it also means he just threw the ball to Boris and Nigel, and if they don't live up to their pre referendum propaganda, they're in for a really hard time.
