Favorite Jurassic Park?

Out of all the Jurassic Park movies which one is your absolute favorite, if you have one. This includes Jurassic World.


For me I’d have to go with the first one. It was such a major thing when I was a kid. I mean I was obsessed with dinosaurs when I was little even before the film. I would literally just watch the trailer every time it came on the TV set and I remember being really excited for it when it hit theaters and begging my mom to take me. Of course by the end of the film I was super creeped out about all the people that got eaten, but still loved it and have re-watched it quite a bit since.


The second and third ones didn’t do much for me though. I remember watching them maybe once or twice. ^^’’


I actually just saw Jurassic World for the first time yesterday and I have to say it wasn’t as bad as a lot of my friends and family had me believing. I mean sure it wasn’t as golden as the first one but I liked that it showed some respect to the first one too by showing us the old park with the old visitor center and the old jeeps.

The first Is the best of the series, in terms of story and characters. But I also personally enjoyed the second one immensely. The third one was a bit of a let down, not offering much of new story for the franchise, but mostly just being more dinosaurs and action.
I did love the addition of the Spinosaurus as the new villain dinosaur, being a nice change from the T Rex, and I wish they'd stuck with it, playing more with the educational aspect of the films, rather than pandering to the fans who just want more T Rex.

Jurassic World had some unique, and awesome plot points, that they never explored, they were just throwaway lines in the middle of a pretty poor film. The characters were entirely unlikable, and the entire plot of the film is only instigated and kept up by people who consistently and horrifically, suck at their jobs.

The first one is my favorite. I didn't care for The Lost World, I honestly only liked the beginning. The third one was good, and Jurassic world is my second favorite.

I think 2 was my favorite when I was young.

But 1,2 and 2 were on tv over Christmas and after watching them now I am older, I would tay that the 1st is my favorite. I rented the new one, but did not like it much.

I remember when I was young the 1st film made me look over my shoulder at the window whenever I was in the bathroom lol
