I do crunches and rowing to help make my back stronger. Rowing definitely helps, I know that from personal experience

Rowing definitely helps, I know that from personal experience  Yeah while I just started working out in the fall so it definitely takes time to get stronger. Yes, recovering is always hard, and gaining what you lost is even harder, but you'll manage it, when your back is better, try the 30 day push up challenge

It's an app on iPhone, I got the name wrong it's 30 day an challenge, try it when your back is better, it really works!

30 day abs challenge :
Basically gives you a set of tasks ex: pressups to do each day, and each day it gets harder
