I'm never a fan of Windows 10, so I'm staying with Windows 7.

I would stay on Windows 7 because in Windows 10, when you click the start menu button it does nothing. BUT not even most of the users have this problem, it's just quite a few.

They're not forcing it, just encouraging the switch, because It's a damn fine software upgrade. Windows 7 support will just steadily be phased out, like all software manufacturers do, making way for new things.

Your probably right that they will do that, but still in the meantime I will be sticking with windows 7.

So I would like to upgrade to Windows 10 at some point, once I can back up everything on my computer just in case something gets lost along the way. I've heard that some people had that issue, and they lost a few things when they converted from 7 to 10. I currently have 7, and I love it. I heard that there is a update to Windows 7 that may force the upgrade on users, it hasn't effected me so I'm not sure if it's true or not.

My father had upgraded and not too long ago he restarted his computer and lost everything. All links, files, folders and documents were gone. Microsoft glitched or something and wiped a lot of people's hard drives. Thankfully my father had a backup and restore point but that was a few days old.
