I know, a lot of people do.
But most wheat has been altered, her in the uk at least. Plus the “good” part of the wheat grain is often removed to prolong shelf life meaning that only the “rubbish” is left in most wheat products.
It is also altered to give it a better texture in bread and cakes, etc, and I am given to understand that the flour used in “white” bread and the like is actually bleached to make it look nice and white and appealing.

I finally remembered to buy some Shreddies at shopping the other week. I am eating some for breakfast right now as I post on forums. The are so yummy And they remind me of sleeping over at my Nan’s house We used to have them for breakfast with her when we woke up.

I used to love Shreddies, still do really, althought I initially thought you meant like the UK breakfast cereal Weetabix - which I also like alot.
