Yes, as I am British. But I left the UK to escape persecution for being disabled. The current government has tried to blame the economic mess it is in on people who use welfare. They started to blame disabled people and calling them fakes. I was attacked in the street with my own white cane by morons who believed the rhetoric. I worked extensively with disability charities for many years and helped to make the UK better. We passed legislation to improve lives. All of which has been stopped or removed by this current government. It's gotten so bad that even the UN are investigating the UK on crimes against the disabled. www.theguardian.com/society/2015/oct/20/un-inquiry-uk-disability-rights-violations-cprd-welfare-cutsIn the end I packed up and moved to Japan and swore never to return.

Wow that is awful that the UK would do that. Are you enjoying your new life in Japan?

Yes, it made life good again. But moving here showed me just how corrupt the UK was.

I was attacked in the street with my own white cane by morons who believed the rhetoric That's not the kind of story one would expect to hear from a place like the UK in this day and age. I don't think anyone could blame you for leaving, but It's amazing how much, and how hard you worked to help disabled people.

To say that Britain cannot survive outside the EU is self evident nonsense. Plenty of countries both large and small survive perfectly well without it and Britain as the fifth largest economy in the world is well capable of looking after it's own affairs.
With the possible exception of Germany, nearly all the other member countries are financially unstable. It's already cost billions bailing Greece out and billions more propping up Ireland. Italy and Spain could be next, so why chain ourselves to a potential financial disaster ?
Britain is the longest surviving parliamentary democracy in the world - do we really need unelected committees in Brussels telling us what to do ?

I don't believe all this "We can set trading as an independent country" bull, Woolies collapsed, BHS collapsed, that steel company (More importantly than a store) almost collapsed. What we trade with??!! I think it'll hurt us more if we leave and using immigration tactics to get people to Brexit (Britain exit) is disgusting. We've had our empire, it's been and gone, it'll never return. Our navy is small and the economy suffers as long as the government feed the rich and keep screwing the poor over.
SO no, I don't think we should leave.

As a reference here is an official list of countries by Gross domestic product (GDP) - Even the most cursory glance at the list will show the United Kingdom near the top (5th) To repeat what I said yesterday, to say we couldn't survive outside the EU is self evident nonsense. Yes, there are some areas of urban decline in Britain and yes there are some outdated struggling industries - But most of our country is green and beautiful and, on the whole, productive. I would say ignore the voices of doom and gloom. Britain has always been a go-ahead nation. Our history is filled with explorers, inventors, and traders and we are still the same people. We should not be scared of making our own way in the World.
